Please don't arrive before your treatment time
All doors will be opened and closed by your therapist
Use the automated hand sanitiser dispenser at the door when you enter, it will automatically dispense the hand sanitiser so you don't have to touch it.
Your temperature will be taken using a zero-touch thermometer, if your temperature is above 37.8C we will not be able to provide treatment.
You will be required to complete a Covid related questionnaire before treatment begins
Our staff will put on a new set of PPE between each client
Clients are advised to bring their own mask
Payments are card only. If you choose to pay by cash please present the exact amount as change will not be given.
All appointments have been scheduled to avoid overlaps to ensure clients don't meet.
The treatment room is thoroughly sanitised and ventilated between each client.
Extensions to treatment for late arrival can't be facilitated as we need to provide adequate time to sterilise the treatment area for the next client, therefore it is important to be punctual for your treatment.
Clients should be aware of personal hygiene and have a shower prior to attending for treatment, this will protect both staff and clients.
